Last summer my neighbor had someone come in to connect a sump pump in his basement which now drains out in between our house and his. We have asked him not to do this since the water spews out of a pipe in his driveway and goes down behind our house and is causing a swamp at the end of our driveway where our cars are parked and it is also getting into our yard and who knows where else (possibly in our foundation). Who can I contact to rectify this problem?
Who can I contact to get my neighbor to properly drain his sump pump?
