Our water heater broke and all the water leaked out. We now have to replace carpets in three rooms, and we had to buy a new water heater. The water heater is a 50 gallon, has a 12 year warranty, and it is only 5 years old. We contacted our insurance company and GE. GE is being a major pain and isn’t helping us at all or trying to fix the issue. Is there anything we can do about this?
