Our toilet was leaking from the back and our baseboard got water damage. It has turned brown and black. I am wondering if I will need a professional to come replace it and if so about how much would it cost? Should I worry about there being a leak behind the wall? or having to replace the wall behind the toilet as well? Any help or directions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
